SITTING ALL BY HIMSELF
Of course Zach has been sitting unassisted for three months, but today when I went to get him from his nap, he was sitting in his crib. Hmmm...how did he get that way?
But I witnessed him do it just a minute ago. He was sitting up playing with some toys, but wanted another one, so he got on his hands and knees to try to crawl there. When he got there, he slowly worked his way back onto his bum, then pushed off with his hands and sat up all by himself!
Oh, and I think I caught him crawling yesterday, but I'm not sure. I walked into the family room and saw a hand move forward, and I think some knees moving in quick succession. But we'll wait on declaring him a crawler until more substantial evidence can be collected.
