THE EARTH'S MANTLE
We had baked potatoes at dinner the other night. I poked and smushed Jared's so that the insides "erupted" through the skin. He decided that it was a "volcano potato" and proceeded to eat all the "hot lava."
But the funniest part was when he got down to the bottom. He exclaimed, with much passion, "Yay! I ate all the way down to the mantle!!!"
If you didn't know, Jared wants to be a vulcanologist when he grows up.
