JARED'S BLESSING DAY--SCRAPPED
Jared was blessed in our apartment in Provo when he was 4 days old. Both sets of grandparents were there to see him, as well as his Aunt Lora, so we got special permission to do it at home. Our good friends Joe & Carolyn brought their daughter Lizzie up from their downstairs apartment, and of course Mandy came.
The white blanket in the photos is the same blanket Ryan was blessed in, then Jared and Zach many years later. That's a neat little tradition that we'll keep going.
I was trying to stay real neutral and whitish, but some teal accidentally popped in and looked so good with the big photo of tiny Jared. It took me a while to realize that it looks good because it matches the pacifier...not exactly what I wanted to emphasize!
