HOUSE PHOTOS
As promised, I've started taking photos of our new (rental) house. I'm torn between wanting to make it as homey as possible and scrapping the idea as we'll only be here until Spring. But I'm tired of living a temporary lifestyle, so I guess I'll go for "homey."
I only have a few photos so far, but here goes! (click on the photo for a larger version, or look in our photo album)

The Master Bath:
Notice how our wedding-gift towels coordinate with the countertop. Just about any other color would look awful with it! I wonder what the original owner was thinking...
I think we're lucky we have purple towels!Zach's Room:
This looks really awful in a photo. So blah and sparse! I really thought it was a lot cuter than that. I don't really know what else to do with it, though, that isn't permanent and against our contract!

Living room:
This is really fun. The photo makes the turquoise look much brighter than it really is. They're much more sophisticated than they appear in the photo! I promise! I'll pull in the turquoise elsewhere in the room, and maybe we'll even get a couch some day...
Please note the giant tin star on the left. Is that fun, or what? Can't wait to hang that up!
