GONE DIGITAL?
So we bought one of those digital converter boxes for our tv with rabbit ears. We tried it out and aren't impressed. Here's my take on it.
With an analog signal, you may get a fuzzy picture, or it may come in black and white, but you can still watch it pretty well.
With a digital signal, instead of coming in fuzzy, it comes in real clear! Then it freezes, peoples' faces melt, and the sound pauses. So instead of fuzzy, you get herky-jerky. It's too annoying to watch!
I never thought I'd say this, because I'm in love with digital music, photos, etc, but here I go anyway: DOWN WITH DIGITAL!
When I was searching for the rabbit ears graphic, I found this disturbing article (quoted in a blog):
Digital TV coverage may be more limited than thought

Hey I'm still wondering why my husband needs 4 remotes to work our t.v. set?? Whatever happened to the days when you could just turn on the t.v., switch it to the channel you want, have a good picture, and look at a mindless but relaxing show for an hour!!!!

I'm a little nervous about the digital switch, myself... I'm completely fine with analog... Change freaks me out a little bit.
