We had a visiting teaching luncheon yesterday, and one of the girls brought yummy pumpkin-chocolate chip cookies. They were so perfect on the cold, gray blustery day with our hot apple cider! So we raved about them and she gave us the recipe in two seconds flat. We made them last night, and they are the easiest cookies ever!
15 oz. canned pumpkin
1 box spice cake mix (dry)
1/2 bag chocolate chips
Mix pumpkin and dry cake mix with hand mixer. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop in spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Makes about 30 cookies.
