CONTRACTORS & ENGINEERS
So I finally got my apprentice designer contract from Digital Scrapbook Place! I printed it signed it, and filled out some tax forms and all that boring legal stuff, and mailed it yesterday. So any day now, I'll be official! I guess I'm not really going to be an employee, just an independent contractor.

That reminds me. When we went to sign mortgage papers to buy this house less than 2 months ago, I was surprised to find I had been given an occupation. I'm sure you've heard of it before, but I have never claimed to be one. The paperwork lists me as a "domestig engineer." Okay, so I know it's supposed to be domestic, but I think "domestig" is funny. And it's really funny that on paper, Ryan and I are both engineers!

So back to DSP. I sent previews of two of my kits to the head designer for approval, and she said they look great. She's sort of the quality inspector. So wahoo! I have a few more thing to do like renaming files and figuring out how to upload them, but after that, I'm in business! I'll have to send y'all a link so you can see my work all official in the DSP store!
