NEVERMIND
Our internet started working again after our resident ITE guy (Ryan) took a look at it. I guess our modem didn't go caput afterall. But just to be funny, the new modem arrived this morning. One day instead of 2-3. I'm liking the customer service! I would be immensely grateful that it had arrived so quickly if our old one hadn't come back to life.
