MIXED-UP REALTOR
This is kind of funny. I did a free online home value estimate a while back. Of course, I gave them my junk email address. They gave me the estimate immediately, but then a realtor called and asked for the address so he could give me the estimate. I told him I didn't need it because I got it online. Anyway, apparently he's been sending me emails for at least a month with listings that "fit our criteria." I don't know how he got it in his mind that we're trying to buy a house here! But the funny part is that last night, he sent us our listing. It just came on the market, and he thinks it will be the perfect house for us!
