COMPLICATIONS
Our home sale was supposed to close yesterday, but once again, the buyer's realtor, lender, and title company are complicating things with their sloppiness. They didn't get the proper information ready and turned in, so we didn't close.
There's still hope that they'll get their act together, but it's all very complicated.
The house is back on the market and we've cancelled our reservation with the movers. It's a big bummer, and now everything is very much up in the air.
We already have a duplex rented in Boise, and obviously made all our plans according to yesterday's closing date. We're now trying to figure out what we're going to do now.
