CHRISTMAS TIME IS HERE, HAPPINESS & CHEER!
It's time to report on our Christmas morning! Jared was so excited to find a bike next to the tree, although he had a hard time getting the big plastic gift bag open. He's barely big enough to ride it right now, which means he'll have lots of room to grow before he needs a bigger one.
His cousins gave him a Shake 'N Go racetrack. The cars are about 6 inches long, so they're pretty big. You shake them to rev up their engines, and the more you shake, the farther they go. They don't start driving until you set them down, so it's perfect for less-than-coordinated preschoolers.
Zach got two Imaginext dinosaurs that walk and roar. He sat on the triceratops, thinking he could ride it, but it's quite a bit too small for that. His cousins gave him an Aquadoodle pad, which is a big floor mat that turns blue when it gets wet. There are markers and stamps that you get wet so you can draw. The best part is that it doesn't matter if Zach uses the marker on himself or the floor or his brother. It's just water! He and Jared have enjoyed that already.
And to go along with the walking, roaring dinosaurs, Santa gave both boys a giant Spinosaurus to share! It doesn't walk, but its eyes glow red, it roars terribly, and it claws at the air and rears its head around.
