WE'RE IN ESCROW!
Well, I think that's what it's called. I'm no Realtor. But the buyers accepted our counter-offer and we close (fingers crossed) on May 30th. Ironically, that's only two days off from our closing date last year when "sold" our house the first time. It fell through on the last day. We're praying that won't happen again!
