THEY'RE COMING!
My parents are driving in tomorrow! The boys have been counting down the days. And last night, Jared could hardly fall asleep.
Today we had to do some major cleaning. Because Jared likes to keep all his little scraps of paper, and all his projects. And he hasn't quite got the hang of the dirty clothes hamper.
And, as Jared said, we had to "turn the guest bedroom into a hotel!" It was a sewing and study room, with no nightstand or even a place to put a suitcase. So hopefully we've fixed it up nice!
And there is yard work to be done. Fall means pulling up or cutting off the plants that are about to wilt and die. I also decided to trim up our hedges so they look nice all winter. We filled up an entire garbage can to the brim!
And we found another box of Halloween decorations, and hung up the ones we made. The boys had fun with a witch hat and scary mask we found. They're so into Halloween this year. It's so fun!

You are too smart for your own good, Susie Lancaster!
Indeed! I brought the carseat in because one of the final things little Kenley must do before heading home is be able to sit in her carseat for 1.5 hours and not stop breathing! So, they're trying that out tonight... Hopefully we'll be home this weekend! Yay!
