HALLOWEEN
Halloween was kinda crazy. The ward party was really loud and crowded, but fun. There were these funny cardboard costumes of Pac-Man and a few ghosts. Jared, of course, has never heard of Pac-Man, but I knew exactly what he was talking about when he said he'd seen a giant Goldfish cracker.
We also got in some neighborhood trick-or-treating. The boys didn't last too long. Jared said he was expecting it to be scarier, and he sounded disappointed! It was a struggle to get them to say the requisite words (i.e. Trick or Treat! and Thank You) but by the end they were pros. Too bad we'll have the same problem next year.
Amazingly, we got the boys in bed on time!
