Ha Ha! Vindiction!

HP had no idea what it was in for when it sent me a link to a customer service survey.

I'd been searching their website for somewhere to leave feedback about my three hours on hold the other day.

And then they just handed me the opportunity.

Really, I'm not vindictive. I just think HP should know that something with their phone system isn't working, or they need to hire a few more people to answer phones. I don't want anyone else's day pretty much ruined!

Lucky! I never get sent surveys after a bad experience, only after the good ones. Well, except one time with Jiffy Lube.
