For those of you who didn't catch that....

If you didn't catch Zach shirt in the post from Monday, here's a more obvious announcement.

Sorry it's taken so long for me to answer your questions and post details. I was waiting for a few more key blog readers to say something. But they haven't, and I give up!
So here are the details:
  • My due date is December 3rd.
  • Because I have to have another c-section, my doctor said he'd schedule me a week early. That just happens to fall on Thanksgiving Day!
  • That means, of course, that there's no way I'll actually be scheduled for that day. I didn't figure it out until I got home from my appointment, so I'll have to wait until my next appointment to ask him if he'll go a little earlier or a little later. He'll probably say, "that's at the end of November. Let's worry about it when it's closer."
  • As of today, I am 14 weeks along. Because each month is ~4.3 weeks long (not 4), that makes me 3 1/4 months.
  • Sorry if you all think that I should have told you sooner! I was trying to stretch it out a bit so it wouldn't feel like such a long wait until November.
  • I was pretty morning-sick for about 6 weeks this time, which is about 3 times longer than it was with the boys. But it's over now, thank goodness! Now I'm just extremely tired. But that could have something to do with my fibromyalgia or my crazy preschoolers. Just a guess.
  • I think it's a girl.
  • Jared is so excited! He went and drew a picture for the baby as soon as we told the boys. He has since drawn invitations for people to come see the baby after it's born.
  • Zach apparently only came away from our Family Home Evening announcement with the exciting knowledge that he's going to be a big brother. The whole baby thing? Not so much. Except sometimes he says there's a baby in his tummy. Jared finds that absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. I have to tell him to stop lecturing Zach that only girls get babies in their tummies, and that when he grows up, he'll be a daddy, not a mommy.
  • I have an obvious bump, or at least I think so. But I think everyone at church is afraid to say anything in case I'm just hitting the cheesecake too hard. It's dumb, but I haven't told anyone because I don't really know who I'd tell! I'm starting to make friends, but it just hasn't come up, you know?
Here's a picture of me last week, at 13 weeks.
Those aren't maternity clothes, by the way. I don't know why my jeans still fit. I haven't tried in a week because it's been too hot. Maybe I just buy them too big to begin with?

That's all I can think of. Did I miss anything?
