It's a huge relief to not have to pay rent and a mortgage, even though we barely made any money on the deal. In this market, to come out even a tiny bit ahead is a huge blessing. We are very grateful!Good-bye, Glendale house. You were a nice first home for us. We'll remember you fondly.
