DONE WEARED OUT
I loaded up the Jeep with yet another passel of our belongings, including a cooler full of food, and drove around delivering Christmas cards to locals (except I forgot a few at the new house) and taking donations to DI. We got to the new house just in time for lunch, so it's a good thing I had that cooler of food!
Then something possessed me to climb out Jared's second-story window to put up Christmas lights. I didn't think we'd have the house outlined this year, but I guess I'm an over-achiever when it comes to Christmas decorations ;)
I found more boxes of Christmas decor, things I bought on last-chance clearance 2 years ago. I had enough brand-new lights to do the entire house, extra wreaths and red bows, and all sorts of other goodies. It was like Christmas! (oh wait, it is Christmas!)
I also put up a curtain rod and my curtains in the living room, which means the Christmas tree is in place and can now be decorated (when we find the time.) The house looks great, and is just about ready for furniture! Ryan reserved us a Uhaul and we've got volunteers for Saturday. Hooray for moving! Okay, now I'm going to fall into my bed...

WOW SOUNDS GOOD. And very exhausting! I have been to worn out and busy to think of Christmas around here. We do not have decorations we were supposed to be making handmade ornaments every day for our tree. But since Thanksgiving day one or all have been sick! All I do everyday is hold sick kids, blow noses, listen to the not so nice cries of one to three kiddos. And juggling them all in my lap at the same time.

MAKE SURE TO POST PICTURES! I wish I could come check out the new house. I want to spend Christmas at your house sounds great.

Miss you guys.
