After-party

After Jared's party, we did some much-needed relaxing, then Grandpa took us out to eat at Chuck-a-rama. We all have fun there, eating whatever we want. The boys experienced their first Slurpee-type drink and fell in love!

We saved all of Jared's gifts from family, and took one to the restaurant. I think the photos are self-explanatory!



This is our old digital camera, and he is very excited to call it his now!

The two gifts from his grandparents were too big to take to the restaurant, so he opened them when we got home.

This is from Nana & Babu--a CD player!

I'm not sure who was more excited about this one, Ryan, Grandpa, or Jared! It's a BYU football uniform, complete with helmet, jersey, pants, and shoulder pads!

I love Jared's genuine smile! We don't see it much in pictures.

Getting out the CD player. Jared had to set it up on his night stand, and says he wants to listen to music to help him fall asleep.

I think Jared had a good birthday. We were all exhausted!
