A/C
Well, we've had to turn on the AC for the past few days. But mid-July ain't bad! It's been in the 90's, even up to 96, so I think you'll agree that I just had to turn it on.
But I think my visit to Phoenix and then Dallas did great things for acclimatizing me to summer weather. We went out yesterday mid-morning and I thought it felt nice. But when we drove past a store with a thermometer, it said it was already 90! I remember going outside in Phoenix and lounging on my in-laws' hammock one evening. It felt so good to be outside, but not terribly hot at all. It felt nice! Then I looked at the thermometer and it said 99. I guess it's all relative!

I can relate. It's been in the triple digits here for the past few weeks. Tonight I went outside and thought, "wow! It feels really good right now. I might have to turn off the AC and open the windows." And then I read the thermostat: 90 degrees in the shade!
