Trip to Phoenix

So we've been home for a while, but I just haven't been in the blogging mood, I guess! So I'm going back and blogging about the photos in our Picasa Web album.

This is January in Phoenix!

Ryan's grandmother's funeral is, of course, the reason that we took the trip to Phoenix. It was a really nice service. She was a really sweet and strong woman. I loved hearing the stories of her life. And it was great to see family, too.

Poor Jared looked awful. A stomach bug hit him during the funeral!

The stomach bug hit Luke during the funeral, too, but he didn't seem to mind at all.

She's just so cute I had to take more pictures of her! It was the first time we'd met her.

Of course the kids don't really care about solemn occasions and find ways to amuse themselves.
